After an initial meeting, either in person or by audio, we will put forward a written proposal to design and deliver your requirements.

We do not develop programmes in isolation. We will work in partnership with your staff so that at the end of the project, they will be familiar with the solution delivered. This will enable them to own and maintain them after we've gone.

To this end, we will always ensure:
